We are currently recruiting full-time and part-time UNARMED Officers for a residential building in a highly trafficked area in Seattle.
This is an overnight shift and you will be required to work weekends.
This position requires a highly professional individual capable of remaining calm when under extreme stress . You must be a skilled communicator able to effectively redirect aggression and deescalate situations.
Some of your duties will include:
Interior and exterior patrols, ensuring all entrances are secured. Verifying the residency of tenants, ensuring all visitors are properly accompanied and creating a safe and secure environment.
Facilitate coordination with emergency services when required. Document all activity and submit detailed and well written reports.

Required Qualifications:
Current and Valid Guard Card. Having current baton, pepper spray, and handcuffing training is required (Within 30 days of employment).
Furnish a resume detailing all prior employment through current employer to verify the last seven years of employment history, and provide 3 personal references.
Must possess a High School education or equivalent.
Must provide military discharge records (DD 214) (if applicable).
Must show mental and physical capacity to perform duties for which being employed.
Sufficient identification to complete an I-9 form, i.e., social security card valid U.S. passport or State issued Driver's License.
Open availability for scheduling.
Desired skills and certifications - Current and valid Standard first Aid and CPR for the Professional Rescuer certifications.
