Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior military, civilian, or security officer experience preferred but not required.
Required Skills, Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:
- Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
- Must speak, read, write, and understand the English language, apply written rules, detailed orders, instructions and training material.
- Excellent customer service via phone and face to face conversation, excellent written and spoken command of the English language.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Detect, deter, and report crime, fire, unusual events, and emergencies.
- Required to follow all company personnel and safety policies and perform all assigned duties in a safe manner.
- Will arrive at work at the designated time in proper uniform with any necessary equipment.
- Must be able to work flexible hours to include weekends and holidays and be on call
- Work approximately 24-48 hours per week, based on business needs
- Provide Security for new sites until permanent Security Officers can be hired.
- Fill in for officers who are on vacation/sick/no call-no show.
- Conduct audits of other security officers’ reports and TrackTik tours for quality assurance.
- Will carry out general and special orders for assigned post.
- Will communicate via radio, telephone and in-person, according to orders.
- Will be responsible for cleanliness of uniform and assigned equipment.
- Meet, greet, and interact professionally with clients and the general public.
- Maintain poise and self-control under stress.
- Construct and write clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports in English.
- Read, speak, understand, and apply printed rules, detailed orders, instructions, and training materials in English.
- Must be comfortable turning away trespassers, loiterers, and transients (who might be under the influence of drugs or alcohol) on the client's property from a safe distance away.

On-Call Flex Officer Job Description:
Oatridge Security Group is looking for an On-Call Flex Officer to join its rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate for this position has some experience working security, has a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and has their own vehicle. A Flex Security Officer needs to have flexibility in their schedule; able to take shifts on short notice, with primary availability on weekends (Friday through Monday) and overnights. While scheduled for an on-call shift, the Flex Officer will be either training at a new jobsite to expand their skillset and ability to provide coverage, or conducting remote audits, from home, of other officers’ reports and TrackTik tours. During these on-call periods of work, the Flex Officer will be paid at a rate of $21 per hour. Once the Flex Officer has been dispatched to a jobsite to provide coverage, they will be paid at a premium rate of $26 per hour. This job requires individuals that possess self-discipline, a good work ethic, and punctuality.
An On-Call Flex Officer must be able to pass an extensive background check and drug test. Candidates should have a clean driving record, be well groomed, articulate, dependable, and be a team player. The Officer does not act in the capacity of a law enforcement officer and has no arrest or apprehension powers. The work is performed outdoors and indoors.

**Work From Home Opportunity**
The On-Call Flex Officer will have the opportunity to work from home, conducting audits, after finishing extensive training at OSG’s various jobsites.
Requirements to maintain status as an On-call Flex Officer:
- Be in good standing with the company.
- Take the initiative at the start of every shift in reviewing site post orders thoroughly, following protocol accurately, and proactively raising operational questions/concerns to the on-duty supervisor.
- Exceed the minimum standard set for OSG security officers in key job performance metrics, including but not limited to attendance, submittal of security reports, and TrackTik patrol logs.
- Maintain a highly visible and engaged security presence throughout the shift and is not found to be lounging, loafing, or lackadaisical in between their routine duties.
- Conduct themselves in a polite, professional, and pleasing manner, fully demonstrating a commitment and focus on customer service in the security role, and maintaining both professional appearance and body language throughout each shift.
- Must not have received any client complaints leading to a site ban / removal.
